Business Area:

Empire Todays Market Operations team is an integral part of our company’s business strategy and include local personnel managing warehouses, product receipt and distribution, customer service, full life cycle of customer orders, and installation management.
This enables installers to deliver upon our commitment to our customers and support the success of Empire Today.

Responsibilities:

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for handling all flooring inventory, including receiving, picking, staging, loading/unloading, transporting, and disposal in accordance with Company safety and operating policies and procedures.
This position reports to the Warehouse Supervisor.
* Perform material movement tasks for order filling, receiving, and loading and unloading
* Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or other designated areas
* Sort and place material on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color or product code
* Safely operate a forklift and/or other specialized machinery to move, load, unload, stack and remove materials from bins
* Accurately record amount of materials or items received or distributed via appropriate scanning equipment to read, store, query and track inventory
* Wear proper safety equipment and follow safety guidelines at all times
* Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times
* Other duties as requested or assigned

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess:
* High School Diploma/GED.
* One year warehouse material movement experience
* Ability to operate a forklift
* Valid drivers license with a clear driving record required
* Ability to be flexible in a rapidly changing environment
* Team player

Marcus Theatres’ facilities are leaders in their industry, offering the latest amenities and technology in stadium seating, digital sound, innovative food and beverage concepts and 72-feet-wide UltraScreens. The company serves movie and restaurant goers in major Midwest markets including Milwaukee and Madison, Wisconsin, the Twin Cities, greater Chicago, Omaha and Lincoln, Nebraska, Fargo, North Dakota, Iowa City, Iowa and Columbus, Ohio.

Your new responsibilities as a Marcus Theatre Associate will be

– Complete transactions by greeting each guest, identifying the guest’s request, completing loyalty transactions and thanking the guest
– Ensure the security of all box office cash and tickets
– Meet sales expectations through loyalty card sales, suggestive selling, upselling and sampling
– Distribute and understand how to operate assisted movie-going equipment
– Greet guests, assemble food orders, operate point-of-sale terminals and make accurate change
– Perform daily concession maintenance duties, including daily stocking
– Make certain guest service is friendly, helpful and fast
– Control access to theatre by greeting, directing guests and tearing tickets
– Enforce ratings to keep underage guests from accessing auditoriums with adult content
– Monitor auditoriums for picture/sound quality, temperature, lighting and guest behavior
– Assist with crowd control and seating of guests in auditoriums
– Follow instructions on safe use of all chemicals/cleaning materials
– Answer questions from guests and resolve any concerns
– Uphold Marcus’ high standards and deliver entertaining company-wide programs
– Assist with other functions as instructed by the General Manager

General Purpose:

The Sales Associate is responsible for effectively selling Just Cozy products to our customers and for creating well merchandised and fun place for our customers to shop through fast and friendly behaviors.
Successful Sales Associates are friendly, able to handle multiple priorities at one time while never losing sight of their mission to sell and serve, committed to the success of our brand and their store, high energy get it done people who have fun at work and enjoy achieving goals.
Essential Functions:

Put the Customer first always – tasks second.
Execute Just Cozy Sales Process at every opportunity – Greet, DIscover, Solve, Close
Show enthusiasm for the opportunity to interact, and sell to each customer, educate them on our brand and our features – exclusive designs, patterns/styles never repeated, only available in season, fashionable, affordable and…just plain cozy!
Keep store clean, replenished and well merchandised between customers
Show up on time for each shift, in Just Cozy dress code, ready to sell!
Follow the directions of Store Leadership – Managers and Keyholders – to achieve the days goals.
