What does a Geek Squad Manager do?
The Geek Squad Manager executes the Geek Squad vision to delight every client we serve, empower every employee, and deliver meaningful profit and growth. You will create a world-class environment where employees can apply their talents in service of the client to deliver a differentiated range of solutions throughout the life of a product.

You will drive execution of end-to-end operations, sales strategies and fulfillment services for the Geek Squad Precinct and Autotech Bay.

As the Geek Squad Manager you will:
* Conduct business analysis utilizing company scorecards and reports to identify business opportunities and ensure a consistent client experience (e.g. Turn Time, AT Days Out, Ship to Client, etc.)
* Motivate, inspire, and coach behaviors that lead to an exceptional client experience.
* Quickly resolve unsatisfactory client experiences and investigate root cause to identify and implement action plans based on observations and feedback.
* Monitor monthly business rhythms of Precinct and Autotech leads and assist with Geek Squad Agent check-in sessions as needed.
* Be accountable for labor management and revenue performance for the Precinct and Autotech Bay.

What are the Professional Requirements of a Geek Squad Manager?
Basic Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* 2+ Years Supervisory or Management experience
* 3+ Years Sales , Customer Service or Consumer Electronics repair experience
* 2+ Years Budget experience

What does a Geek Squad Senior Agent do?

The Geek Squad Senior Agent is an expert in the fulfillment of Geek Squad services and is responsible for training and coaching agents to repair and service in accordance with Geek Squad’s high standards and Best Buy’s Customer promise. The Geek Squad Senior Agent leads a team of Geek Squad Agents in the Precinct, as well as acting as a role model in performing Client and store repairs and services, inspiring a world class Client experience and providing motivation that enables exceptional business results. This leader is a brand ambassador for Geek Squad and Best Buy.

Job Responsibillities Include:
* Assists Geek Squad Manager or independently assigns staff for client assistance, diagnosis, repair/service, and follow up.
* Utilize employee and Client feedback, scorecards and financial results to review the business. Works with leader(s) to build and implement business support plans to better capitalize on business opportunities.

Geek Squad Agents travel to clients home to perform delivery and basic installation of home theater/satellite/multi-room audio and computer products, provide technical advice and assistance to clients. Geek Squad Agents may ride with other agents for two-person installations but ride alone on simpler jobs. Geek Squad Appliance Install and Repair Tech

What does a Geek Squad Premium Repair Technician do?
The Geek Squad Premium Repair Technician travels to the customers home to repair premium and major appliances or electronic products and provide technical advice to customers. They also provide technical advice and assistance to Best Buy stores and service centers. They work remotely with minimal supervision and are expected to redo work if necessary to maintain our high standards. Their administrative duties include processing transactions related to in-home repairs–collecting cash, issuing receipts and electronically sending repair records to the central service center.

80% of your time you will:
* Travel to the customers home for repairs–explain procedures/costs and schedule repairs.
* Troubleshoot and test TVs and appliances to identify problems. Diagnose and repair products using schematics along with either refrigeration test equipment or electronic meters.
