Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience at a manufacturing or service operation required

In addition,
* Strong computer skills are required
* Mechanical aptitude is required, with knowledge of hydraulic schematics helpful

Food Production Supervisor

The Food Processing Team Leader will work directly with other Food Processing Line Leads and other team members to coordinate, lead and direct food processing manufacturing activities, which include: cleaning, preparation, processing, and packaging of various fresh food products.
Responsibilities

Ramp Supervisor

Overview

Directs the work of all station agents as they perform all aspects of the operation to include customer service, operations, baggage services, cargo, and ramp services functions. The Supervisor will be an integrated part of the operations processes and will be required to take on a hands-on approach in supervising team members

Primary accountabilities and duties

Supervise ramp and passenger service agents; allocating staffing resources as needed.

Complete shift reports and clear all exceptions from the T&A system in a timely manner

Ensure that personnel adhere to established company safety regulations.

Read and interpret aircraft weight and balance loading instructions, hazardous material identification labels, aircraft loading manifest, and baggage and cargo routing tags.

May occasionally operate various pieces of ground support equipment.

Safety & Training Supervisor

The Safety, Security and Education Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating the operational training for Menzies Aviation-ASIG ensuring excellence and consistency of safety standards throughout the stations operations in order to support operational output.

Primary accountabilities and duties.

Ensure safety, security and training policies and consistent standards are implemented throughout
the Station.

Implement Simplicity Policies and Procedures.

Plan and coordinate training workflow and determine operational training priorities to achieve
consistent standards.

Ensure that customer airline manual(s) in our custody remain up to date or access to online manuals remains current.

Ensure updates to customer airline manual(s) and procedures are communicated to all operational staff as required.
